Four years on the platform, five countries before it.

I have spent four years building across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service, for organisations from small businesses to Fortune 500s. Today I work at Arcadia Tech as a consultant for Becton Dickinson, supporting a Salesforce org with more than 75,000 users.

The day to day is designing automation with Flow and Apex, moving it through Copado, and then explaining the design to governance boards and cross-functional teams until everyone agrees it is the right one. At that size, the argument matters as much as the code.

I also rebuilt how I work. Over twenty Claude Code skills, organised by lifecycle phase, that enforce process rather than generate code — the pre-development one runs in plan mode and is not allowed to write anything until the design document exists. Every piece of work leaves a pre-dev and post-dev pair behind it, which is how I find out two weeks later why I changed course. I wrote the whole thing up here, including the parts that are still not finished.

I run trails, and I am training for my first triathlon. Long efforts keep me steady: patience, consistency, slow visible progress. It is not that different from building software that has to last.
